Pet Policy

You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

Ansley at Roberts Lake is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet per month. We have a two pet maximum with a 100 pound weight limit. We do however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard

Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other pets that are restricted:

Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
